POSITION SUMMARY

Spinneys, the UAE’s leading premium food retailer, looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant & Café Manager to join our team.

The candidate will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant sites, including management of staff, ensuring high quality of customer experience and satisfaction, as well as key focus on premium quality products available on our menu.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of restaurant/coffee shops within Spinneys
• Strong focus on quality and availability of products,
• Lead the team, and co-ordinate various interactions with colleagues including day to day management of staff schedule, with the primary focus on customer service and customer experience.
• Assist with execution of new concepts, and menu updates and work closely with the operations team
• Monitor all staff training and development to ensure consistency,
• Graduate degree or related course in Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in in similar role,
• Sound written and verbal communication in English
• Experience in Retail would be an added advantage.
• Must have UAE valid driving license.
