Manakish/Arabic Bread Maker

ƒ Prepares all ingredients and items for cooking/baking.

ƒ Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all costumers and satisfaction.

ƒ Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

ƒ Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period at all time.

ƒ Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.

ƒ Maintains a clean and sanitary works station area, tools and equipment for preparations and cooking.

ƒ Follows proper packaging, plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.

ƒ Closes the kitchen and follows the closing checklist properly for working station and kitchen.

ƒ Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.

ƒ Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.



ƒ A minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking/baking.

ƒ At least 2 year experience in a the same role.

ƒ Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.

ƒ Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications as per company standard.

ƒ Must maintain personal hygiene.
